Housing Co. is an indie rock/pop band from Salisbury, Maryland blending infectious melodies, raw emotion, and dynamic guitar work into a sound that’s as electric as it is relatable. Since the release of their debut album—featuring standout tracks like “Roller Coaster Love Machine” and “Selfish”—the band has cultivated a loyal following across the Delmarva region and beyond, amassing millions of streams and lighting up local stages with high-energy performances. With Trey Niccolini on vocals, bass, and production; Ethan Cohen on drums; Connor Howes on rhythm guitar; and Connor “Lewski” Lewandowski on lead guitar, Housing Co. brings authenticity and heart to every track and live show. Now, with their highly anticipated sophomore album “Homecoming” set for release in 2025, the band is ready to take their sound—and their fans—to the next level.
