Led by Dr. Reginald Garcon—line dance instructor, choreographer, and community motivator since 2011—this energetic crew brings soulful line dancing to the Eastern Shore. After relocating to serve as Associate Vice President/Registrar at UMES, Dr. G joined forces with Debbie Robinson, Adalyn Tilghman, and Vanessa White to form Oasis Soul SKM, offering spirited and inclusive line dance classes right in Salisbury, MD. Their sessions are rooted in joy, rhythm, and connection—open to all, with the simple goal: keep moving, have fun, and feel inspired.
