The Maryland Folk Festival features a variety of regional and ethnic foods, as well as classic festival fare, that will take diners on a culinary journey with choices to please every palate. This year’s food vendors include:

Althea’s Almost Famous Born in Jamaica and inspired by her grandmother’s love and legacy, Chef Althea brings bold, authentic Caribbean flavor to every dish. Best known for her jerk chicken made with homemade sauce, Althea uses fresh, healthy ingredients and pours heart into every bite.

Big Bad Wolf BaconBacon lovers, rejoice! Big Bad Wolf Bacon is bringing the sizzle with bacon-wrapped tots, sausages, mac & cheese, chicken, meatballs—you name it. Plus, an irresistible lineup of flavored bacon on a stick..

Cotton Creations Beloved for Chef Cotton’s mouthwatering vegan dishes, Cotton Creations serves up plant-based soul food and sweet treats that keep fans coming back for more.

Crisfield Pride Lodge 194 – The Elks’ fish fry for the festival will feature beer-battered and grilled fish, crabcakes, fries and slaw.

Get BAKED – Foot-long, hand-baked stuffed pretzel rolls filled with savory and sweet delights.

Grateful Grub – Blending Tex-Mex flair with Maryland pride—try their signature crab cake tacos with Chesapeake-mustard aioli, zesty shrimp tacos with cilantro-lime aioli, or beef tacos with their famous “Ripper” sauce.

Hellenic Kouzina Greek Café Serving up authentic Greek flavors, Hellenic Kouzina brings a taste of the Mediterranean to the festival with traditional gyros to favorites such as moussaka, lamb shank, souvlaki, and much more. Opa!

I Love Munchies – Fresh gourmet sweets: fudge, popcorn, peanut brittle and Bavarian nuts

Kona Ice –  Shaved ice with custom flavors from Tiger’s Blood to Monster Mango. Create the flavor combinations of your dreams.Le Daisey’s Smokehouse – Straight from Princess Anne, Le Daisey’s serves up slow-smoked favorites like pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and turkey legs—plus classic sides like mac & cheese and potato salad. A pop-up with deep roots and big flavor!

Playa Bowls Playa Bowls serves refreshing açaí, pitaya, and coconut bowls made with fresh, high-quality ingredients—always with community and sustainability in mind.

Sessa’s Vending Stand – Italian- and Philly-style street foods, offering everything from hot dogs, Kielbasa and sausages, to special delicacies like our Italian chicken sandwiches, meatballs and more.

Tastee TwisterServing delicious soft-serve ice cream, shakes and sundaes.

Throughout the festival, you’ll find a variety of non-alcoholic refreshments–soft drinks, fruit drinks, smoothies and more–to choose from.

Downtown Salisbury is raising a glass to something new! T.A.P.S. — short for To-go Alcohol in Public Spaces — is a first-of-its-kind program in Maryland, allowing adults 21 and over to purchase a to-go alcoholic beverage and enjoy it while strolling through the festival.
