The Maryland Folk Festival is produced by the City of Salisbury’s Arts, Business, and Culture Department, in collaboration with the Maryland State Arts Council, Museum of Eastern Shore Culture at Salisbury University, and the United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore’s Get Connected Volunteer Center.
